The Shells
Do you have the Shells in other phone models?
All available Shells are listed on the website. Unfortunately, if you don’t see your phone model listed, we don’t have it! We are working on it and hope to supply a wide range.
For now, please let us know what phone model you wish the Shells to cover, either by filling and submitting our Contact Us form.
How do I dispose of the Shells?
The Shells are completely home-compostable in a hot compost (for the best efficiency). It should also fully disintegrate in soil (however this could take years). We would prefer for you to send your Shell back to us so that it can be broken down as quickly as possible. We will also provide you a 20% discount off your next purchase for caring!

How long will the Shells take to break down in a commercial compost?
The Shells should take around 12 weeks to disintegrate and six months to completely biodegrade in a commercial compost.
Can I add my Shell to my home compost?
It's great that you have a home compost! The Shells should be able to be home-composted as well, however could take years if certain conditions are not met or if not done correctly. The most efficient way to home-compost is by hot composting.
That said, we would prefer for you to send your Shell back to us so that it can be broken down as quickly as possible. We will toss in a 20% discount off your next purchase for caring.

Can I toss my Shell in a recycle bin?
The Shells are made of compostable materials and are not recyclable. By adding your Shell to the recycle bin, it would contaminate the bin with non-recyclable materials, and make it more difficult for the recyclers hard at work!
We suggest sending your Shell back to us. As mentioned, we will toss in a 20% discount off your next purchase for caring.

Will the Shells protect my phone against anything and everything?
The Shells are durable and shock-absorbing. However, just like most other phone cases, we cannot guarantee that the Shells provide your phone 100% protection.
What are the Shells made of?
The Shells are made up of PBAT + PLA + Bamboo fibres. These materials are fully biodegradable and certified to be commercially compostable.

Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Why, yes we do! We ship to New Zealand for a $10 shipping fee and the rest of the world for a fixed $20 shipping fee (standard delivery only).
When will I get my Shell?
We know that you are excited to use your Shell and will do our best to get your Shells to you as soon as we can! It will take us up to 4 days to process your order and arrange the delivery - and off your Shell goes on its little adventure before it reaches your door. Please be aware that all shipping times are estimates only, and it is subject to many factors such as volume and human errors.
Let us know if you have not received your Shell within the shipping time below and we will check if there is an issue with your order.
Please note that only standard deliveries are available.
Australia: 3 - 6 working days
International: 4 - 6 working days for NZ, and 10-15 working days for the rest of the world
Returns and Refunds
My Shell came damaged! What do I do?
Oh no! We do our best to protect the Shell, but accidents happen.

We are sorry to hear that you are not loving your Shell as much as we do. No hard feelings though, as explained, we do have a 30-day refund or exchange policy.
