About Lily
Hi, I'm Lily!

Thanks so much for being here. I thought it’d be a good idea to start off by telling you a little about myself and why I started itto.
Growing up, my mum has always stressed the importance of looking after our environment as we are a part of it - we recycled what we could, saved all gift wrappers to be reused for another day, used detergent only when we needed to. It all made sense - maybe because, growing up, I was fortunate enough to experience Mother Nature in all its glory, trekking through beautiful rainforests, walking along mangrove swamps visiting its resident mudskippers, and snorkeling with turtles and baby sharks in tropical reefs.
There were also many occasions where I have experienced the changes we have brought about to the environment. I remember lying on our lawn as a kid watching the stars, years later, buildings were built around us and the stars slowly disappeared. I remember seeing beautiful, vibrant coral in the tropical reefs, only to go back to a duller and murkier scene just two years later. As you can imagine, it was a very sad sight.
I always believed that everyone should be mindful of and play their part for the planet. I also consider education very important, as I was among the many misinformed consumers regarding wastes and sustainable products. With that, I decided to launch my own brand, hoping to encourage eco-conscious living, to promote education regarding sustainability and to contribute to what matters.
Every individual counts, and every little act helps. So let us cherish our beautiful planet together!
I would love to hear from you - your thoughts, experiences, or observations with our environment - anything! Feel free to reach out at heythere@itto.com.au.
Lots of love,
